This half day course in two sessions will give practical instruction and guidance on how to build the foundation of a strong meditation practice and develop inner peace and contentment coming from ancient Buddhist wisdom.

Each session will consist of teachings and guided meditations.

We sit on chairs, and no exercise is involved.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Yonchen is a Buddhist nun and resident teacher of Ganden Ling KBC. She is an experienced meditator and teacher known for her kindness and clear, accessible teachings.
