General guidelines during your visit
You are requested to please refrain from smoking or vaping, taking intoxicants and drinking alcohol or eating meat or fish in the building. Please also no nuts due to allergy risk

Shop items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days
Pets
With regret we cannot accept pets except Guide or other Assistance Dogs.
Children
Under 16s must be accompanied by an over-18 at all times. With regret we have no child care facilities and KMC Leeds cannot be held responsible for children whilst at the centre.
Young adults
16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an over-18.
Restricted mobility
The meditation centre is on one level including the toilet facilities. Unfortunately the toilet would not be suitable for a wheelchair user. To check details of facilities before you arrive, email info@meditateincornwall.org
Booking classes
For all classes and courses, full payment is required at the time of booking. If cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the course/retreat we will give you a refund less £5 administration fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the course/retreat no refund will be given.
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. Please make such requests in writing to info@meditateincornwall.org within one week of the course/retreat start date.
Donating cancelled fees
Ganden Ling KMC is a registered charity (#1085175), working for peace in Cornwall and throughout the world. To donate your cancelled fee, please indicate this at the time of cancellation. We appreciate this very much.
